RISK DISCLAIMER
Trading cryptocurrencies and memecoins involves a high degree of risk. RISK is a launchpad and analytic interface, not a financial advisor or exchange. You are solely responsible for any funds you deploy or lock.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RISK platform (riskonsol.fun), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Services Provided
RISK provides a user interface that allows creators to deploy SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain and lock SOL as a "Risk Bond". The platform utilizes third-party decentralised exchanges (e.g., Pump.fun) to execute token creation and bonding curves.
3. Risk Bonds and Refunds
- Lock Periods: Risk Bonds are securely held by the platform treasury until the exact lock duration selected by the creator expires.
- Rug Failsafe: If a launched token's marketcap falls below the defined threshold ($10,000 USD), the platform reserves the right to declare the token "Rugged" and distribute the Risk Bond to affected users.
- Reclaiming: Creators must manually apply to reclaim their bond after the lock period. A 1% platform fee is deducted during the reclaim process.
4. Platform Fees
RISK charges non-refundable fees for utilizing the launchpad. These fees are explicitly calculated and displayed during the launch process. By signing the Web3 transaction, you agree to these deductions.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to: upload illegal content, exploit platform vulnerabilities, bypass CORS restrictions, or launch malicious smart contracts intended to defraud users. We reserve the right to ban wallets and confiscate Risk Bonds of actors violating these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RISK and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network failures, third-party API deprecations (e.g., PumpPortal), smart contract bugs, or extreme market volatility.
